• We manufacture all types of Weldedmesh conforming to IS: 4948 & IS: 1566 (plain and ribbed) including non-standard engineering mesh, catering to reinforcement application of the infrastructure industry.
• Weldedmesh Cable trays are also one of our major products which are manufactured and tested with NEMA standards. Its designs allows for better air circulation, thus reducing numerous potential problems caused by overheating cables.
• We also manufacture fencing products ( Weldedmesh panels, chain link fencing, punched tape concertina coil, reinforced barbed tape, barbed wire, Tree Guards) conforming to their respective IS codes .Our concertina coil conforms to CQAE/5660/1602/A specifications and Barbed wire conforms to BIS: 278:2009 standards. Similarly , Chain link fencing also conforms to IS :2721:2003 specifications.
• We have started production of Electro forged gratings in our premises. The gratings are primarily hot-dip galvanized according to BS 4592:1970, but are also available in other fonishes, depending on the material of the grating/specification such as painted, sand blasted and Powder coated.
• Weldedmesh gabion boxes are manufactured at our unit as per IS code 16013 and we can also provide mechanically woven double twisted hexagonal gabion boxes as per IS code 16014. Gabions can be used to stabilize shorelines, stream banks or slopes against erosion. Other uses include retaining walls, noise barriers, and temporary flood walls, silt filtration from runoff, for small or temporary/permanent dams, river training, or channel lining.
• We are registered with the NSIC and our products are also certified for the relevant IS codes from the national test houses. All of the above products are manufactured at our production facilities situated in Units at Kolkata & Pune to serve our clientele with faster deliveries and lower transportation costs. In our state of the art facility, we adhere to stringent quality measures, which has led us to manufacture unmatched quality products with minimal tolerances. We have supplied to all major infrastructure companies in India requiring Weldedmesh used in making Pre-fab structures, hydel power plants, mivan shuttering, tunnels, roads, bridges etc. We are keen on supplying quality products and contribute in the all around development of society by evolving using an ethical and consumer friendly approach.
