One of our main sector where we produce and deliver our steel profiles is fencing industry. Knowing needs of our customers and industry realities we are able to supply them with a set of all profiles and tubes necessary to make a specific fence and gate style.

Suitable assembly systems using riveting, standards screws or even braze welding make the use of profiles made of hot-dip galvanized steel more effective and reduce number of operations that are required when using standard hot-rolled or cold-rolled steel.

For proper transport and storage, we provide appropriate packaging using plastic separators or other materials which allow us to maintain the highest quality and can be use by our clients in subsequent processes such as powder coating or rubber and plastic coating.

Our standard coating layer is zinc Z100 and Z275 but depending on demand, we can also supply our products in coating layers:

• ZM (Zinc-Magnesium coating)
• AZ (Aluminium-Zinc alloy coating)
• ZA (Zinc-Aluminium coating)
• ZF (Zinc-Iron alloy coating)

Steel sections are manufactured based on the norm PN-EN 10219-2. Steel used in our production processes is delivered by the largest steel mills and galvanizing plants in Europe, such as Arcelor Mittal, Wuppermann, Severstal, Libert and Marcegaglia. All material is delivered according to quality and tolerances norms EN 10143 and EN 10346.

The production technology of both welded and open sections allows us in many cases to produce atypical sections without the need to prepare the entire set of tools.

For more advanced and demanding sections, it is required to prepare a new profile design and roll forming tools which are designed using COPRA software. It allows us to properly choose the production line and most importantly, even before the production stage of tools (forming rolls), we can simulate production and make any corrections at the design stage. This possibility reduces the entire preparation and production process time and reduces its costs.

Our offer includes over 350 types of reinforcements used in the most popular window systems.

All the shapes in our offer are produced according to our internal standards and production norms and also according to EN ISO 9001 and EN 10162. Quality control procedures and the quality of the steel reinforcements are confirmed by certificate granted by Qualification of Product Quality Assessment Team SIMPTEST.
