Welded mesh is becoming the industrial and building markets protagonist for several applications. Nuova Defim turns each supply into a solution specifically targeted to meet specific customer requirements thanks to its extensive experience and to its fine tuned organisation supported by a design office of excellence.

Standard production includes welded mesh panels made by self-colour, hot-dip galvanized and stainless steel wires with diameters ranging from 3 to 6 mm, mesh aperture from 25x25 mm to 100x100 mm and panel sizes from 1000x2000 mm to 1600x5000 mm (selected patterns only). The wide stock available, unique on the market for variety and quantity, is a guarantee of prompt, efficient service.

TEC 15+105x15 finger-proof and RT 60x11 phalanx-proof wire meshes are designed to realize moving elements protection, in compliance with national and international safety standards.

Mesh rolls made of 1.70 mm diameter pre-galvanized wire; mesh size 57x76 mm, length 25 m. Supplied on pallets in lots of 12 rolls.

Finish: Class "D" galvanizing, according to UNI EN 10244-2 norm

Designed for the oil & gas markets, DEFIM PIPE^®  is the peculiar “crimped” mesh manufactured in rolls, used to allow the adhesion between the concrete and the pipelines, in order to keep them heavy and steady underwater.

Many years of activity have enabled Nuova Defim Orsogril to specialise in the production of welded wire mesh for various high-tech applications, including the oil and gas industry.

Finish: galvanizing according to ASTM A 641/A 641/M.

Thanks to its special manufacturing process, POTISSIMUM^® residential electro-welded steel grating system offers exceptional sturdiness combined with a great aesthetic value. With its wide range of ready from stock mesh sizes, it can respond to every need and situation, mainly for residential buildings. 

Tailored, framed and shaped grating panels are realized to complete from the simplest, to the more complex project with the support of our unique in-house technical office, assisting the customers at the design stage to provide the most economic and appropriate solutions. Both the standard semi-finished grating mats called GEA, sized 6100x1000 mm and the cut-to-size panels are supplied CE marked and with the relevant Italian Protected Designation of Origin (PDO).
