Valhalla trackless speed folding gates are an optimal solution for high frequency use of the entrance. The design is very robust and meets EN 13241.

Advantages

Fast and safe
Valhalla speed folding gate opens and closes with a programmable speed of approximately 1 metre per second. The gates open inwards as standard. Once closed, the gate is locked by a magnetic lock. The speed folding gate is equipped with pressure strips: it stops automatically if there is an obstacle in the way. 1 pair of photocells as standard, additional photocells are available as an option.

Smart design
The lubricated double ball-bearing hinges ensure durable and safe operation.
When the gate is fully opened, the gate wings are positioned in line with the post and are protected from damage by passing vehicles. As a result, the passage width is optimised. The powerful gate motor with stainless steel and powder coated cover is installed at the top of each post. The intelligent controller (H102) offers numerous programming options, as well as additional access control.

Durability
The gate posts are manufactured in hot dip galvanised + RAL coated, high grade steel (in accordance with EN ISO 1461) and the gate wings are manufactured in RAL powder coated aluminum. The construction is very robust and the gates are developed for the Nordic climate.

HISTORY

Halsang Company was founded in 1971 by Thorbjörn Övergard, dealing initially only with the production of woven wire mesh. In 1986 the company was taken over by the son Jan-Olof Övergard who is the president of the company until today. In 1987 Halsang started offering gates. In the years between 1987 and 2010 Halsang mainly focused on the Swedish and Norwegian market. Over those years Halsang develop step by step its product program. In 2011 Halsang took the decision to invest in a new production facility in Poland near Krakow. This opened the possibility to grow its production capacity and possibilities.

From 2015 Halsang started to grow its business step by step outside its home markets Sweden and Norway. Today Halsang products are saled and installed in the Western Europe markets. Halsang prefers its products to selected installation companies, which do have the knowledge and capabilities to install and maintain the products in a good way.

The climate of the Nordic markets has helped the company to create a range of quality products which are able to function well in severe weather conditions. The products of Halsang are tested in real circumstances for years in the Nordic Climate. All our gate products are tested and certified by TÜV.
