Companies have to deal intensively with the question of the extent to which they are obliged to implement measures in the area of drone detection / drone defence. In many cases, this also depends on the question of whether they are subject to the Major Accidents Ordinance or the forthcoming KRITIS Umbrella Act, for example. The presentation deals with this question and also addresses the question of the extent to which drone defence measures are also legally permissible in order to be able to act in a legally compliant manner in the event of threats from UAS - despite the state's monopoly on the use of force.
