Session description

The presentation ‘Critical Infrastructure Protection: The Human Factor in Drone Security: Awareness, Detection and Defence’ deals with the role of humans in protecting critical infrastructure from drone threats. It highlights the importance of human vigilance (awareness) in order to recognise potential risks at an early stage, which methods can be used to detect drones and which measures are necessary to defend against such threats. It shows how employees can be trained and sensitised in order to be an integral part of effective drone defence and to ensure the security of critical infrastructures.
